Report Lost or Stolen &gt; Freeze Card<\/p>\n<p>2. Visit Report Lost or Stolen again &gt;Permanently Cancel Card &gt; Choose cancel reason and click &#8220;Cancel Service&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>You can log in to MyAccount by clicking the link below:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.mobalpay.com\">MobalPay MyAccount<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you are paying for your Mobal SIM\/WiFi services with your MobalPay, DO NOT terminate your MobalPay card until all SIM\/WiFi charges have been charged. Calls\/SMS can take up to 2 to 3 months to be billed from usage.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Here are some important points to keep in mind when cancelling your service.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>*Please ensure that you have used all of your balance first as any unused balance will be lost once you have terminated the card.<br \/>\n<\/em><em>*Please note that you don&#8217;t need to return your card.
