Pre-Paid cards not accepted?<\/h6>\n

Please note that there may be certain merchants or websites that will not accept pre-paid cards as a payment method.<\/p>\n

For example, a pre-paid card cannot be used in a petrol station or to make payments for utility bills.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, this is out of our control but we do of course apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!<\/p>\n

Billing information not accepted?<\/h6>\n

If a payment fails, please ensure that you have entered the correct details for your MobalPay card.<\/p>\n

The card number and the expiration date can be found on the front of your card and the security code (the “CVC2”) is located on the back of the card.<\/p>\n

When making a payment through websites that accept pre-paid cards, please also ensure that you enter your surname as “MOBALPAY” and that you enter your first name as “MEMBER”.<\/p>\n

Insufficient balance?<\/h6>\n

If pre-paid cards are accepted \/ the correct information has been entered but the payment still fails, please ensure that your remaining balance is sufficient.<\/p>\n

If the remaining funds are not sufficient, you can then top-up your account to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n
