Why is there a discrepancy between the “Pending” and the “Confirmed” transaction amount?<\/span><\/h6>\n

If your MobalPay card is used outside of Japan, you may notice some discrepancies between the “Pending” and the “Confirmed” amounts when checking your usage history from your online account.<\/p>\n

This is due to the ever-changing exchange rates that are applied for each foreign currency and unfortunately, this is out of our control.<\/p>\n
