{"id":259,"date":"2022-10-20T12:58:59","date_gmt":"2022-10-20T12:58:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.mobal.com\/mobalpay\/?p=259"},"modified":"2025-05-30T09:07:21","modified_gmt":"2025-05-30T09:07:21","slug":"lost-or-stolen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.mobal.com\/mobalpay\/account\/lost-or-stolen\/","title":{"rendered":"Lost or Stolen Cards"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6>What should I do if my card has been lost or stolen?<\/h6>\n<p>If your MobalPay card has been lost or stolen, please login to your online account (<a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.mobalpay.com\">MyAccount<\/a>) to submit a suspension request by clicking on the button below:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.mobalpay.com\"><button class=\"button-success-small\" aria-label=\"MobalPay Button\">My Account<\/button><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once you have logged in to your account, you can then visit the &#8220;Freeze Card&#8221; section from your account. Please ensure you use this method to suspend your service and DO NOT report your card lost or stolen via email.<\/p>\n<p>This will then allow you to temporarily suspend \/ freeze until you find your card. If you are able to locate the card, you can login to your account and visit the same section to reactivate your card.<\/p>\n<p>If the card cannot be located however, you can order a replacement(<strong data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"450\">&#8220;Replace Your Card&#8221; <\/strong>from <strong data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"401\">&#8220;Report Lost or Stolen&#8221; <\/strong>on My Account) and transfer your remaining balance to the replacement card (as long as the original card has not yet been terminated or expired).<\/p>\n<p>Please note that while your card is suspended, you will still continue to incur the monthly subscription fee for your MobalPay service.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What should I do if my card has been lost or stolen?
