Please note that it may take some time for the credit to appear in your account.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to transfer your remaining balance to your Mobal SIM account, please complete the balance transfer application via <a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.mobalpay.com\/\">MobalPay My Account<\/a> <strong>between on May 10, 2026 00:00 and August 8, 2026 23:59<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If you do <strong>not<\/strong> wish to transfer the balance, please submit a refund request through MobalPay My Account during the same period. For more details, please read <strong>\u201cRefunds for Remaining Balance\u201d<\/strong> in \u201c<u><a href=\"https:\/\/support.mobal.com\/mobalpay\/other\/service_ending_nosim\/\">If you do not use Mobal SIM services<\/a>\u201d<\/u> section.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How will you bill me for my Mobal service in the future? <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>From May 1, 2026<\/strong>, we will send your monthly Mobal SIM bill by email. Please follow <a href=\"https:\/\/helpdesk.mobal.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/205000041209-cash-payment-option\">Cash Payment Guide<\/a> to make your payment at a convenience store and settle the bill within <strong>10 days <\/strong>of receiving it.<br \/>\nAlternatively, you can pay by another <strong>VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB credit card, or PayPal<\/strong>.
