We are writing to let you know in advance that the MobalPay service will be discontinued<\/strong>. As part of this change, your MobalPay card will remain usable until April 27, 2026<\/strong>, which will be the final day of service. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.<\/p>\n

\nApril 27, 2026<\/strong> \u2013 Last day you can use your MobalPay card online or in stores.<\/p>\n

What We Request You Do:<\/strong>
\nUse the remaining balance on your card before April 27, 2026.<\/strong> Many customers find it convenient to use the balance by purchasing Amazon gift cards.
\nCheck and update your contact details<\/strong> to ensure we can reach you.
\nRemove MobalPay as a payment method<\/strong> if it is registered for recurring payments (e.g., utilities).
\nNo need to cancel your account yourself.<\/strong> We will close it automatically after the service ends.<\/p>\n
