There are a couple of things to remember before we get started:

  • For cash top-ups, only ATMs at banks can be used – you can’t make a cash transfer using a convenience store ATM.
  • In most cases, you can only make a cash transfer at an ATM in a bank before 6PM. After this, the machine will not accept cash and the relevant options won’t be displayed on screen.
