Processing Times:
If you request immediate activation, we will process your request as soon as possible but please be advised that it may take up to 1 business day for your activation request to be processed in some cases.
If you do not request immediate activation however (i.e. you select an activation date that is a week away for example), we will begin the activation process in advance to ensure the eSIM is active / ready for use on the activation date you have selected.

Please also note that you will not be assigned a phone number until your eSIM has been activated, so we will not be able to provide you with your phone number in advance.
