If you’re not completely satisfied with the equipment for any reason you can take advantage of our Money Back Guarantee. Simply email us at
returns@mobal.com within 8 days of activation telling us why you are not satisfied and we will send you return instructions (if applicable). The Money Back Guarantee does not cover shipping charges, service charges (line rental, calls, text messages or cellular data) or services that have been purchased for use in an incompatible device.

The Money Back Guarantee is valid for a maximum of 3 months from purchase.


What if my eSIM was activated over eight days ago?

The Money Back Guarantee only covers you for eight days from the point of activation and so you would no longer be able to request a refund using this option

However, this does not affect the 12 month warranty (which provides cover against manufacturing/technical defects), so if the eSIM has developed a fault then we would still assist accordingly.
