Delivery:
If you would like to receive your eSIM Access Code prior to your arrival in Japan, select the “Free Shipping” option during the checkout process.
We offer a variety of shipping options with arrival times varying from 2-5 business days to 15-30 business days (the arrival times will vary depending on the country the eSIM Access Code is being delivered to).
To view the shipping options that are available to you, please add your eSIM to the shopping cart and enter your delivery address. The shipping options you can select will then be listed below.
When selecting Free Shipping, you will be asked to provide a valid form of I.D. shortly after your order has been received.
The required form of I.D. will vary depending on the location but information on this will also be made available to you once you have entered your delivery address.
The I.D. requirements for our shipping option are due to Japanese law and so unfortunately, we are unable to make any exceptions. If the delivery option would not be suitable for this reason, you may wish to consider collecting your SIM card instead as explained below.
Pick-Up
If you are unable to provide the required form of I.D. for delivery (or you would just prefer to pick up your eSIM Access Code), you can choose to pick up your eSIM Access Code from one of our pick-up points upon arrival to Japan.
During the checkout process, please select the “Pick-Up (Free)” option and you will then be provided with a wide range of pick-up points to choose from.
When selecting this option, you would only be required to show your passport / your order confirmation email to the staff at the pick-up point to collect your order (you would not be required to upload your I.D. separately).
What about digital delivery?
Due to Japan’s strict I.D laws regarding Japanese phone numbers, we’re not able to deliver our Voice+Data eSIMs digitally. You can read more about that here.
