Account Ownership:
Please be advised that the account holder “Name” field within your Mobal online account (MyAccount) cannot be edited. This is because the original account holder will remain the account holder for life.
This is to prevent long term problems on the account and issues surrounding the possibility of someone else being able to view your personal information (such as call listings and payment records).
However, if your name has changed (or your account is linked to a company and the previous account holder has left the company) then our support team can assist you with this.

Please include your name, the alterations required and your Mobal phone number / the billing address associated with your Mobal account.
Our Credit Control team should then be able to assist you further!
