Your voicemail service will be set-up for you as soon as your eSIM is active. Calls will divert to voicemail if your phone is busy, switched off, out of coverage, or you do not answer.
Useful Settings
To call to your voicemail box, dial 1417
To deactivate voicemail, dial 1410To reactivate voicemail, dial 1411
To change your voicemail message and/or mailbox settings to English, dial 1458
Calls to the above numbers are charged per minute at your regular domestic call rate.
Voicemail deposits are free of charge.
Voicemail Notifications
When you have a new voicemail message, you will see a voicemail notification icon on the screen of your phone.
Voicemail Retrieval
To listen to your voicemail messages, simply dial 1417 and follow the voice prompts.
New voicemail messages will be played to you automatically.
