Cancellation Requests

When you are ready to terminate your ‘Japan Unlimited’ service, please login to your Mobal online account (MyAccount) to submit a cancellation request and choose a termination date.

You can login to your Mobal online account by going to https://www.mobal.com/myaccount or by clicking on the button below:

If your service is terminated however, please be advised that your SIM card will be permanently disconnected / your phone number will be lost and so you will not be able to reactivate the SIM card again in the future.

Instructions

Once you have logged in to your account, please click / tap on the services tab (located at the top of the page) and then click / tap on the “More Information” button next to the relevant service as highlighted below:

On the next screen, you can then click on the “Cancel Service” button (located in the “Service” section) to view the termination request form.

You will then be taken to a new screen where you can select your required termination date and the reason for your termination request.

After making your selection in each of the sections highlighted below, please click on the “Cancel Service” button.

Please be advised that if you submit a termination request, your SIM card will be permanently disconnected and you will not be given the option to reactivate the SIM card again.

If you would prefer to temporarily suspend your service (by placing your SIM card on the “Vacation Plan”) so that the SIM card can be used again, please click on the link below for additional instructions.

Please note that you will only be given the option to suspend your service if your SIM card is currently on a standard ongoing plan (such as the “Ongoing Voice, Text & Data Plan” or the “Ongoing Voice & Text Plan”).
