Mobile Number Portability (MNP):
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to port your Mobal Japan Unlimited v1* phone number to another provider and so we are unable to provide MNP (Mobile Number Porting) numbers for this particular service.
This is due to the nature of our agreement with the Softbank network for your Japan Unlimited v1 phone service. As per the agreement, your Japan phone number permanently belongs to Mobal and we are unable to release your phone number to another provider when you terminate your service.
