Reporting a Loss:

If your Mobal SIM card has been lost or stolen, it’s very important that you login to your Mobal account to report the loss so that your service can be suspended as a precaution: www.mobal.com/myaccount

Once you have logged in to your account, simply visit the “Services” section and then click on the “Report Lost/Stolen” button that’s shown next to the relevant SIM card.

You can then review the information that’s shown on screen / follow the prompts before clicking on the “Confirm” button.

Please be advised that the account holder will remain responsible for any charges that were incurred up until the point you reported the SIM card as lost or stolen.

Once you have reported the loss, your service will be temporarily suspended for a total of 7 days and you will be sent instructions via email explaining how to reactivate the service (if the SIM card is found) or how to request a replacement SIM card if one is required.

Short Term Plans:

If you have selected a short term plan (such as the 30, 60 or 90 day option) and you report the SIM card as lost/stolen however, please be advised that if your service is reactivated (due to you finding the SIM card and requesting reconnection or due to you receiving a replacement SIM card) then your SIM card will still remain on the original short term plan and so your plan end date will stay the same as before.
