MMS Messaging requires your email or phone number ( Apple IOS error message )

Sometimes when sending messages on an iPhone one of the following error messages may appear;

– MMS messaging requires your phone number
– MMS messaging requires your email address

This is due to the iPhone trying to enable MMS Messaging which is not a feature of our service.

To resolve the issue please go to Settings – Cellular and disable “MMS Messaging”
