Every SIM has an expiry date depending on the type of prepaid package purchased. The clock starts ticking as soon as the SIM is activated.
If you top up your SIM before your prepaid package expiry date, any remaining units will be rolled over and included in your new package.
If you do not top up before your prepaid package expiry date, you will lose any unused units and you will not be able to use your SIM until you add another package. No refunds can be given for any lost units.
You can check your prepaid balance at any time by dialing 591 from your Inmarsat handset or +870 772 000 591 from any other phone (ensure you have your satellite phone number ready).
Alternatively, you can press *106# while connected to the network to have your balance displayed as text on your IsatPhonePro.
