If you wish to increase / decrease the call volume on your ‘Blu Zoey’ handset, please follow the steps below:
1) Please be advised that the call volume can only be adjusted while on a phone call.
2) When your phone call has connected, press the top left button on the keypad to select “Options”.
3) Scroll down (using the silver navigation button) and select “Volume”.
4) You can then increase / decrease the call volume by pressing up or down on the silver navigation button.
