In regards to the security features on your “Blu Zoey 2.4” device, you have the option to set up a ‘Phone Lock PIN’ or a ‘SIM Pin Lock’.

If you set up a ‘Phone Lock PIN’, you will only be asked for this code each time the phone is turned on. If you set up a ‘SIM Pin Lock’, you will only be asked for this code each time the phone is turned on or each time the SIM card is installed in a new device.

If you set up a ‘SIM Pin Lock’ and enter the incorrect pin three times in a row, you will then be asked for a PUK code to unlock the SIM card. If you ever require a PUK code, please contact us and we will request a PUK code on your behalf.

Please be advised that if you set up a ‘Phone Lock PIN’ and forget the pin you have set, we cannot reset this and your phone will be permanently locked.
