Enabling Voicemail

The voicemail service is enabled by default so you do not need to request for it be activated. If you disable it and then want to re-enable it, dial 1780 from your Mobal phone/SIM and you should hear a voice recording confirming the service is active.

Disabling Voicemail

To disable voicemail dial 1760 from your Mobal phone/SIM and you should hear a voice recording confirming the service has been deactivated.

Accessing Voicemail

To access your voicemail simply dial 901 from your Mobal phone/SIM and follow the voice prompts.

Notification of a New Voicemail Message

When someone leaves you a voicemail message, you will receive a text message notification – To retrieve your voicemail message, simply follow the steps above for accessing voicemail.

Forgotten Your Voicemail Password?

If you have setup a new password and forgotten the code, your voicemail will become locked after 3 incorrect attempts. At this stage you will need to switch your Mobal phone off for 30 minutes and then shortly after switching your phone back on, you will receive a text message confirming a new password.

Charges for Voicemail

There is no initial charge when a voicemail message is deposited to your number, however, accessing voicemail (to listen or delete the message, etc) is chargeable as an outgoing call to the UK/Mobal Cellphone numbers.
