The voicemail service is enabled by default so you do not need to request for it be activated. If you would like to disable voicemail you will need to contact us to request for this to be processed.
Accessing Voicemail
To access your voicemail simply dial 605 from your SIM and follow the voice prompts.
Notification of a New Voicemail Message
When someone leaves you a voicemail message, you will receive a text message notification – To retrieve your voicemail message, simply follow the steps above for accessing voicemail.
Charges for Voicemail
There is no initial charge when a voicemail message is deposited to your number, however, accessing voicemail (to listen or delete the message, etc) is chargeable as an outgoing call to the US.
