Simply send an email to email@example.com within seven days of receipt and tell us why you are not satisfied.
After receiving your request, we will send you an email containing return instructions, we will refund the sale price when the item has been returned to us.
Please be advised that shipping charges are non-refundable and the package you received from Mobal must be returned complete in undamaged condition and in its original packaging.
What if the SIM was received over seven days ago?
The Money Back Guarantee covers seven days from receipt so you would no longer be able to return the SIM under this option. This does not affect the 12 month warranty (covering manufacturing defects), so if the SIM was defective we would assist accordingly.
