IMPORTANT: Your Europe Plus Service must be activated before use!
When you receive your order, simply follow the instructions on your user guide to access our activation website and choose your required service start date.
Please be advised that activations can take up to 2 business days to process and so we would always recommend that you submit your activation request at least 2 business days prior to your required start date.
When we have received your request, we will begin the activation process two business days before your chosen start date. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing the phone number you have been assigned.
