If your service is currently active and you wish to extend the service then all you need to do is either email extend@mobal.com or call us on +1 212 785 5800 to request.
You will need to ensure the payment method on your account is up to date before requesting and this can be done using your Mobal MyAccount. Please just let us know your Mobal phone number and how many more months you require (in 30 day increments) and we will process this for you. You will be charged $50 for each 30 days of service.
If you have not already activated your SIM card then you will have the option of selecting a duration during the activation process.
If you service has previously been activated and has since been terminated we will be unable to reactivate the service for you.
