The “Bill Shock Safe” feature:
With a Mobal World SIM card, you have the option to set up a monthly usage limit.
This optional feature allows you to set your maximum monthly usage limit so that you never spend more than you wish to.
If you are concerned about enabling cellular data on your device for example, this feature will allow you to set a cap for peace of mind.
When a “Bill Shock Safe” limit has been set, your usage will be restricted when you have hit your limit.
Your usage limit is your total US Dollar spend on calls, text messages and cellular data.
Your monthly usage limit will also reset (at the start of each calendar month) so that you can keep using your phone as you travel without the need to notify us.
You can also increase or decrease your usage limit at any time. Simply email us at support@mobal.com to let us know and we will process your request as soon as possible (changes to your “Bill Shock Safe” limit will be processed within two working days).

Please note that in some rare cases (for your protection), the international networks may suspend your service at a slightly earlier point than the limit you have set.
