We can confirm that there are no hidden charges with the ‘Mobal World’ service.
The only costs associated with this product are the initial purchase price, your chosen delivery option and then the fees for your usage (Phone Calls / Text Messages etc) which will be billed on a post-paid basis.
With this product you are not tied in to a contract and there are no minimum usage restrictions. This means that you can deactivate / reactivate your service as required with no additional fees.
However, please be advised that if you have added the MARP (Mobal All-Risk Protection Plan) to your device / SIM card, then you will receive a yearly charge for the renewal of the plan each year. Should you wish to cancel your MARP, please contact us before your renewal date to request cancellation.
