If you have updated your payment method through your Mobal online account (MyAccount) or by calling through to our support team, our system will perform automatic security checks on the information provided.

These checks will include an authorization against your payment method for a small amount (usually $1). Please rest assured that this is only an authorization and we will not actually take the money from your account. The authorization will be removed from your statement within a few business days.

Please be advised that newly updated billing information can take up to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) to appear on your Mobal online account.
